Tom Lawrence
Director
Tom has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, having graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, and later going on to gain chartered surveyor status, and a master’s degree in project management.
Tom has significant experience within the public and private sector, and has led on a number of high profile schemes throughout the Yorkshire region, utilising his knowledge, and background in cost management and control to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Pete Revell
Director
Pete has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying and has overseen the conversion of some of the largest permitted development schemes in the UK.
He has vast experience of delivering fit out works across residential, commercial, office and student schemes and has a proven track record of delivering high quality fit out services to commercial clients.
